Tailored Enhancements

Your appointments are very important to me. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and things happen. Therefore, I respectfully request appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours BEFORE your scheduled appointment. If you cancel within 24hours you may reschedule. However, less than a 24 hour notice will result in the charge of a cancellation fee of 50%. This is a non refundable fee. Thank you for your understanding.
